Products
Its product portfolio includes distribution and power transformers, high and ultra-high voltage switching devices as well as certain products for railway electrification and high current connectors.

Growth since CGS’s engagement
The R&S Group has grown from a nationally oriented company to an international business group:

• Internationalization and complementary broadening of the product portfolio through the acquisitions of SERW in 2014 (Czech Republic, disconnectors), ZREW Transformatory in 2015 (Poland, power transformers), and Tesar in 2016 (Italy and Poland, cast-resin transformers)
• Integration of the group and realization of synergies focused on sales, particularly through the creation of a global, group-wide sales structure and cross-selling activities of all group companies
